Silent Night
A sacred gift to yourself.
During the Holy Nights when the Light is returning we offer a unique experience in Silence. In the beautiful Flemish Ardennes you are welcome in our little Paradise where we travel together and take time to be inspired by nature that is all around us.
After breakfast you have the opportunity to express yourself and share your experiences. Time to see the magic.
Program
Friday
You arrive at 2 pm and we start with a silent walk to the Source of Love. The ceremony will be in total silence and starts around 6.30 pm until sometime in the night. Afterwards you can rest in your own tent or in the tipi.
Saturday
In the morning after breakfast there is time for sharing experiences. Around noon we round off the gathering.

FAQ
Do I need to follow a special diet?
In general, one can say that healthy and light meals and maintaining a good physical condition can facilitate the experience and perhaps make it safer. Such diets can also be a way to connect with the body and blockages you feel, help you gain self-awareness and prepare you for the ceremony.
Avoid eating dairy products, red meat, onion, garlic and also no coffee, no alcohol, no sex or drugs 48 hours before the ceremony. It will help you to be more open and focused, and to get the most value out of your experience.
How can I prepare myself?
Is this event in English only?
Yes, the ceremony is held in English because most of the time we have international guests. But if you're having difficulties understanding certain terms or words, we will be happy to translate these for you in Dutch, German or French.
Should I take extra days off after the weekend?
Integration is just as important as the ceremony, so an extra day to integrate is certainly not an unnecessary luxury, but also not necessary. In other words it is a bonus, but certainly not everyone takes extra leave.
